Where to send what
Four kinds of message, four different people. Picking the right one below is the fastest way to a useful answer but if you are unsure, use the form and we will route it.
You want to see the platform running, understand what it covers, or work out whether it fits the way your hospital already operates.
Helps to include: what you run today, which departments, and what is going wrong with it.
You implement, integrate, resell or advise, and you think there is something to build together. Includes technology and referral arrangements.
Helps to include: what you do, who your customers are, and the shape you have in mind.
You have found a weakness, you have a question about how data is handled, or your security team needs to review us before anything else can happen.
Please do not include exploit detail in a first message — say that you have something and we will arrange a route for it.
You want to work here, or you want to know whether something you do would fit. Speculative notes are welcome, and they get read.
Helps to include: what you have built, and what you would want to work on next.
What happens after you send it
No auto-responder theatre. Four things happen, and none of them involve your message sitting in a shared inbox nobody owns.
Somebody reads it.
Not a keyword filter deciding whether you are a lead. A person who knows the product reads what you actually wrote, including the part where you explain the problem in your own words.
It goes to whoever can answer it.
A clinical workflow question goes to someone who has stood in a ward. An integration question goes to someone who has debugged the interface. The point is that you get the person, not the department.
You get a reply, including a no.
If what you need is outside what we do, or the timing is wrong, we will say that plainly. A clear no is more useful to you than a warm maybe that goes quiet after three weeks.
Anything further gets written down.
If it becomes a demo, a pilot or a partnership, the scope and the next step go in writing before anyone commits time to it. Nobody should be guessing what was agreed on a call.
